HolyOT Server is an online role-playing game in which players from all over the world meet everyday. In order to ensure that
the game is fun for everyone,Staff expects all players to behave in a reasonable and respectful manner.
HolyOT team reserves the right to stop destructive behaviour in the game, on the official website or in any other
services of HolyOT team. Such behaviour includes, but is not limited to, the following offences:

Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.

Name Supporting Rule Violation
Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the HolyOT Rules.

Offensive Statement
Insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable statements.

Spamming
Excessively repeating identical or similar statements or using badly formatted or nonsensical text.

Forbidden Advertising
Advertising brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.

| d) |
Off-Topic Public Statement
Religious or political public statements or other public statements which are not related to the topic of the used channel or board.

Disclosing Personal Data of Others
Disclosing personal data of other people.
|
| f) |
Supporting Rule Violation
Statements that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the HolyOT Rules.

| 3. | Cheating |

| a) |
Bug Abuse
Exploiting obvious errors of the game or any other part of HolyOT services.

| 4. | HolyOT Team |
|
| a) |
Pretending to be HolyOT Team
Pretending to be a representative of HolyOT or to have their legitimation or powers.

| b) |
Slandering or Agitating against HolyOT
Publishing clearly wrong information about or calling a boycott against HolyOT or its services.

False Information to HolyOT Team
Intentionally giving wrong or misleading information to HolyOT Team in reports about rule
violations, complaints, bug reports or support requests.

| 5. | Legal Issues |

| a) |
Hacking
Stealing other players' account or personal data.
|
| b) |
Attacking HolyOT Service
Attacking, disrupting or damaging the operation of any HolyOT server, the game or
any other part of HolyOT services.

Violating Law or Regulations
Violating any applicable law, the HolyOT Service Agreement or rights of third parties.
|

| 6. | Illegal Commerce |
|
| a) |
Sale of Items
Sell items anywhere other than in-game and for in-game money (there is offline trading).

| b) |
Selling Characters
Sell characters anywhere other than the website's character auction system.
|
| c) |
Sale of Accounts
Sell accounts.
|
|
| |

Violating or attempting to violate the HolyOT Rules may lead to a temporary suspension of characters and accounts.
In severe cases the removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of
characters and accounts without any compensation may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation
and the previous record of the player. It is determined at the sole discretion of HolyOT team and can be imposed without any previous
warning.
These rules may be changed at any time. All changes will be announced on the official website.

Declarações públicas religiosas ou políticas ou outras declarações públicas que não estejam relacionadas ao tema do canal ou
fórum utilizado.

Violação de outras regras
Declarações que apoiem, incitem, anunciem ou impliquem uma violação das Regras do HolyOT.

Abuso de Bugs
Explorar erros óbvios do jogo ou qualquer outra parte dos serviços do HolyOT.

Fingindo ser da equipe HolyOT
Fingir ser representante da equipe HolyOT ou ter sua legitimação ou poderes.

Caluniar ou agitar contra a equipe HolyOT
Publicar informações claramente erradas ou convocar um boicote contra a equipe HolyOT ou seus serviços.

Informações falsas para a equipe HolyOT
Fornecer intencionalmente informações erradas ou enganosas à a equipe HolyOT em relatórios
sobre violações de regras, reclamações, relatórios de bugs ou solicitações de suporte.

Hackear
Roubar a conta ou dados pessoais de outros jogadores.

Atacar, interromper ou danificar a operação de qualquer serviço da HolyOT.

Violação da Lei ou Regulamentos
Violar qualquer lei aplicável, o Contrato de Serviço do servidor HolyOT ou direitos de terceiros.

| 6. | Comércio Ilegal |

Venda de Itens
Vender itens em qualquer lugar que não seja dentro do jogo e por dinheiro do jogo (existe o trade offline).

Venda de Personagens
Vender personagens em qualquer lugar que não seja no sistema de leilão de personagens do website.
|
| c) |
Venda de Contas
Vender contas.

Violar ou tentar violar as Regras do HolyOT pode levar à suspensão temporária de personagens e contas.
Em casos graves pode ser considerada a remoção ou modificação de habilidades, atributos e pertences dos
personagens, bem como a remoção permanente de personagens e contas sem qualquer compensação. A sanção
é baseada na gravidade da violação da regra e no histórico anterior do jogador. É determinado a critério
exclusivo da equipe HolyOT e pode ser imposto sem qualquer aviso prévio.
Estas regras podem ser alteradas a qualquer momento. Todas as mudanças serão anunciadas em nosso site.
